PIHAK PENGURUSAN CABINSTAY TIDAK AKAN BERTANGGUNG JAWAB ATAS KEHILANGAN, KEROSAKAN, KECERDERAAN TUBUH BADAN ATAU KEHILANGAN NYAWA PENYEWA DAN PENGHUNI ATAU TETAMU MEREKA DAN HARTA BENDA MASING-MASING KERANA KELALAIAN MEREKA ATAU KEADAAN DILUAR KAWALAN PIHAK PENGURUSAN.

Masjid Al Iman, Kemensah Heights, Ampang, Selangor kini membuka tempahan utk menempah cabin utk bermalam.

Kapasiti dengan 4 katil bujang (2 katil bujang dan 2 katil tatami) dengan shower mandi dalaman

Anda boleh memberi anak-anak pengalaman tinggal di cabin sambil menunaikan solat dan membaca Al Quran di Masjid Al Iman. Juga sesuai utk retreat keluarga, mendaki Bukit Tabur atau berbasikal dan ATV ke Hutan Kemensah. Compound cabin boleh mengadakan BBQ untuk rakan2. Juga sebagai holding room overnight keluarga menghadiri majlis perkahwinan.

Attraction sekitar Cabinstay:

- Bukit Tabur Hiking Point, aktiviti mendaki bukit Tabur dan sekitar Klang Gate Dam

- Berbasikal sekitar zoo negara, Melawati dan Kemensah area.

- Hutan Rekreasi, mandi sungai, ATV dan mountain bike disekitar Kg Kemensah

- Zoo Negara Malaysia - Shopping@eating at Melawati Mall

- Solat dan kuliah maghrib / subuh di Masjid Al Iman

Kabin berhawa dingin, kipas, 2 katil single beds, kemudahan tandas, shower, dapor dan parkir kereta.

CABINSTAY HOUSE RULES    - Important please read first

• Shoe

Please take off your shoes off before entering the room.

• Toilet

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. In particular, do not flush tissue paper or plastics as it may clog or damage the toilet pipes.

• Kitchen

           Feel free to use the cooking utensils, kitchenware, glassware, pots, and pans. We ask you to clean the dishes and place everything back in its original                         location before you leave. Please clean the kitchen sink before leaving the                    room.

• Refrigerator

When you are moving out please take out the food from fridge.

• Taking out the garbage

           Our Cabinstay rule about garbage is very strict. There is big garbage bins on                 the balcony, please use them to throw away your trash.

• NO SMOKING on the property except the balcony. Smoking related damage [including smell from tobacco smoke] will require cleaning and repair with relevant fees assessed.

• NO pets are allowed in the Cabinstay unit.
• Save energy, when you go to out from the Cabinstay or the bath, turn off the lights and the air conditioner.
• The Cabinstay is located in a quiet residential area and has many residents and guests in the adjacent units. Be a good neighbor and keep the noise down, especially after 9:00 PM.

Kemensah Heights  is renowned for its safety, but sadly just like anywhere else there can be crime. For your safety please lock the cabin door and window when you are inside, and when going out close the windows. We cannot be responsible or liable for any personal injuries or the loss of your personal belonging and valuable.
